Chaboya 8th Grade Promotion Offers

The Chaboya Colts PTSA Board is providing the following available items for this years 8th grade Promotion Ceremony. All proceeds go to the PTSA funds for the next school year. This is still a tax deductible donation.

CLOSED June 10th: VIP Seating for 4 and Designated Parking Provides:

1. 4 seats upfront waiting for you with a cooler filled with drinks and snacks.
2. You will also be allowed to use the nearby teachers lounge kept cool with air conditioning before and during the ceremony.
3. One parking spot will be waiting for you. No need to look around the neighborhood for a parking spot. Parking is located at the school's front office parking lot.
4. ONLY 2 VIP PACKAGES AVAILABLE FOR AUCTION
   1. Auction starts Friday Jun 8 at 6:00pm and will end Jun 10 at 10:00pm. Highest bidders will win.

SALE ENDED JUN 11th: Early Entry Pass Provides:

1. Allows 1-2 people to enter early to setup and secure your chairs before everyone is allowed to enter. (All others in your group will have to enter when everyone is allowed to enter.)
2. One parking spot will be waiting for you. No need to look around the neighborhood for a parking spot. Parking is located at the school's front office parking lot.
3. Only 26 Early Entry packages available for Sale.
