Pledge Form
Any student that raises $100 or more will receive 25 FREE raffle tickets. Raffle tickets are good for prizes that will be announced at the Color Run event. No need to be present to claim your prize.
FREE raffle tickets will be given at check-in and before the raffle give-away, at the event, with proof of pledges.

Raising Money for Chaboya Middle School
The My School Color Run annual fundraiser is for the Chaboya Middle School PTSA where the money goes to our students’ technology, safety, sports, clubs, classrooms, student enrichment, library supplies, honor programs and graduation.

Collecting Pledges:
You can collect pledges a few different ways to make it easier to share.
1.Print out this document and use the tables to collect pledges.
a. Bring your collection of pledges in a sealed envelope with a copy of your pledge forms used to collect the pledges.
2.Share on Facebook and provide clear instructions to include your name as the attendee/participant on the online pledge form.
CUT & PASTE into your message: " Hi, My School has a fun fundraiser and I would like you to pledge on my behalf. Please enter my name as the participant and pledge as much as you can. Thank you! "
3.Email and provide clear instructions to include your name as the attendee/participant on the online pledge form.
