Chaboya Colts Carnival - Please Volunteer and Donate


The Chaboya Carnival is Friday October 27th from 2:45-4:45pm. All proceeds of this event go directly back to the Chaboya staff. We are in need of volunteers for this fun and exciting event.

Colts Carnival Tickets for Sale

Carnival tickets will be used to purchase your food, drinks, games, and activities at the event.

Special Pre-Event Ticket Deal

Colts Carnival 2017 Ticket Purchase Form

October 13th through October 25th
25 tickets for $20.00
All Pre-Event Ticket Deals will be delivered to your student on carnival day to their 4th period teacher.

THERE WILL BE NO TICKET DEAL SOLD AT THE CARNIVAL

Tickets will be sold at the carnival $10.00 for 10 tickets

No refunds. Unused tickets can be exchanged for a raffle ticket at the raffle table.


Cash or Check:

Three options to buy tickets with cash or check.

Option#1: Send in your payment to your students 4th period teacher or in the front office. Tickets will be delivered to your student Friday Oct 27 in their 4th period classroom.


 Please include student name, student id# and 4th period teacher name and classroom (IMPORTANT to add this info so we can deliver the tickets Oct 27).
Checks payable to Chaboya PTSA with Student Name and ID# on the check.


Option#2: Tickets will be sold during lunch in the quad Oct 24th, 25th and 26th. Tickets will be delivered to 4th period teacher day of carnival.


Option#3: Tickets will be sold at carnival for $1 (No special ticket deal at carnival)







Colts Carnival Raffles

Win your raffle tickets playing the carnival games. Place your raffle tickets in the your selected Raffle prize box before the end of the event at 4:45pm.

Raffle prizes will be awarded at the end of the carnival for a few of the larger prizes. Don't need to be present to win. Winners will be announced during the following Monday morning in the school announcements and posters will be hung up around school.

Winners will go to the office to pick up prizes.

All mile pass winners will be posted in the locker room.
