Come see what middle school is all about at LeyVa's Open House on Thursday, April 25. LeyVa Bulldog families and all 6th graders interested in attending our school next year are invited. Hear our student band perform from 5-5:45 p.m. and browse the Student Showcase from 6-7 p.m. This is your chance to see some of the amazing work that LeyVa students have been doing. But that's not all! Food trucks will be on site from 5-7 p.m., so come early and enjoy a delicious dinner before the showcase begins. Don't miss out on this fun-filled evening. Mark your calendar and join us. We can't wait to see you there.

Within Evergreen School District we offer students the choice to attend one of our project based learning (PBL) programs for 7-8 grades. If you are interested in having your child apply for these programs, applications for the 2024-2025 school year will be accepted beginning March 18 for Lobo School of Innovation (LSI) at Quimby Oak and Bulldog Tech at LeyVa. Approved transfers from your district of residence should be received by the Evergreen School District office by May 1, 2024 for the first consideration for placement for 2024 - 2025 school year. All Interdistrict Transfers must be renewed on an annual basis. Please contact ashaffer@eesd.org with any questions.

NO EXCUSES UNIVERSITY AT CEDAR GROVE
We are thrilled to be a member of the No Excuses University Network. To earn membership into this prestigious network of “like-minded” schools, our staff, students and parents completed an extensive online application focused on the “Six Exceptional Systems” based on the No Excuses University model.
Cedar Grove staff, students and parents transformed our school community by implementing a No Excuses philosophy and a culture of college readiness. Our students participate in college related activities and together with our school strive to be the model of educational excellence and innovation.
